Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy

  • 100% due when reservation is booked or reserved

Refund Policy-


  • 100% refund of total trip price up until 30 days prior to arrival

  • Guests can cancel at least 15 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, but not the credit card service fee (6% of the total payments refunded).

  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 15 full days before the listing’s local check in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • 
If the guest cancels less than 15 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed upon cancellation.
