Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund of total trip price up until 30 days prior to arrival

• Guests can cancel at least 15 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, but not the credit card service fee (6% of the total payments refunded).

• For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 15 full days before the listing’s local check in time (shown in the confirmation email).
• 
If the guest cancels less than 15 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
• If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
• Refunds will be processed upon cancellation.

🚲 Bicycle Use Disclaimer

Bicycles are provided for guest convenience and enjoyment during your stay. By using the bicycles, you agree to do so at your own risk. The host is not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur while using the bicycles.

Guests are responsible for ensuring the bikes are used safely and responsibly, and we highly recommend wearing a helmet and following all local traffic laws. Please inspect the bike before use and report any issues.

Use is voluntary and not required as part of your stay.
